Colour IQ Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Cancellation must be received by email or fax at least 5 business days prior to date of appointment. Amount paid less 20% will be refunded to same payment source within 10 business days of receiving required cancellation notice.

Return and Exchange of Products:

• • Please submit request by email to colouriqstyle@gmail.com, include reason and request return instructions. Please include description, purchase date and contact information. In general, products must be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. Some items may only qualify for exchange for like product or retail price depending on availability.
